This role acts as a subject matter expert, traveling to job sites within the assigned territory (20–30% travel) to partner with clients and operational leaders. Responsibilities include designing and implementing safety systems, building customized safety plans, ensuring compliance with Cal/OSHA and company standards, and driving continuous improvement to reduce risk and enhance operational excellence. The position exercises discretion and independent judgment on matters of significance, including policy development, program selection, budget recommendations, and prioritization of corrective actions.

The Automation Estimator will be responsible for the accurate pricing of controls materials, systems, and services for a complete and functional building automation system. Direct responsibilities will include determine costs, analyze customer requirements, and formulate quotation strategies.
This position will provide engineering support for the design build projects and work with our team of Project Managers and Sales Professionals to review and recommend engineered HVAC solutions and designs, coordinate and quality check outsourced engineering resources, determine and process utility incentives, prepare permit documents for small mechanical project, determine load calculations, and other engineering duties.
The Senior Estimator will provide technical assistance in support of the sales department. Provide technical support to the sales team throughout the preconstruction/pre-sales process, including job walks, design & build scope development, proposal writing, budgeting, estimating, project schedule preparation, value analysis, regulatory compliance, material takeoff and labor hours for all types of construction delivery methods involving HVAC systems retrofit, major service repair, piping, and sheet metal. Review construction documents and/or prepare sketches on the proposed retrofit solution and prepare the final estimate package to ensure accuracy and completeness before formal proposal submission.
