Responsible for operation, repair, and maintenance of related plumbing systems. Develop complete knowledge of the Sequences of Operation for all systems. Systems include; domestic cold and hot water distribution system, Steam and Hot Water Heating systems, various mechanical systems, air handling units, fan coil units, pumps, heat exchangers, and various other building plumbing / pipe systems on a multi-building college campus. Work can involve lifting heavy mechanical equipment and may be performed in areas of extreme heat or cold. Receives and responds to service calls, takes immediate action to resolve emergency situations or system breakdowns.
