Must demonstrate and exhibit mechanical aptitude, a positive interest, be self-directed and work effectively with all facility groups.
Must operate a fork lift and other powered and non-powered equipment.
Must be able to perform tasks on a ladder.
Must have the ability to read and understand documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instruction, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence and speak and communicate effectively with co-workers and supervision.
Changing light bulbs and fluorescent tubes, hanging pictures, changing fixtures, setting up and assembling shelving, setting up conference rooms, delivering packages and assist Maintenance Mechanics as directed. Would perform minor building repairs such as changing ceiling tiles, patch drywall, paint, minor plumbing and electrical repairs as required. Could assist in all other disciplines such as grounds and snow removal as well as other similar/incidental tasks.

Would operate a tow motor and or aerial lift as required. Performs all other tasks as assigned by supervision.

Responsible for accurate and timely paperwork related to essential duties and responsibilities. Maintain, organize, and control inventory supplies tools and equipment. Clean and organize shop area. Maintain inventory of spare parts and material. Maintain tools and equipment for maintenance work.

Education (HS Diploma, Under/Graduate Degree, etc.) | HS Diploma |
Business Experience (prior years work/related experience) | Two or more years related experience and training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Licenses/Certifications | Must be trained and certified to operate a fork truck. Must have a Valid Driver’s License
