We are seeking an experienced and motivated Specialist, in the facility and process equipment at ASML plant in Wilton to support the development and delivery of technical training programs within the manufacturing facilities. In addition to providing technical guidance to technicians on facility/process equipment.
In this role, you will leverage your deep hands-on experience with facility and process utility systems to train and mentor our facilities technicians. You will play a critical part in building a highly skilled workforce capable of maintaining reliable, safe, and efficient operations across complex utility systems that support ASML production.
This position is ideal for a former Facilities Mechanic or Technician with strong technical knowledge who is ready to share their expertise and help others succeed.

Education (HS Diploma, Under/Graduate Degree, etc.) | Minimum of 8 years of experience in Facilities, Utilities, or Maintenance roles within the semiconductor, high-tech, or advanced manufacturing industries. |
Business Experience (prior years’ work/related experience) | Demonstrated expertise in maintaining and troubleshooting critical facility systems (e.g., CDA, chillers, boilers, HVAC, water treatment, vacuum, gas distribution). Prior experience mentoring, training, or developing others is highly preferred. |
Language Skills | Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. |
Technical Qualifications & Skills | Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and effectively. Passion for teaching, coaching, and developing technical talent. Solid understanding of ASML facility operations, safety standards, and cleanroom protocols. Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

Time Requirements | Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and nights as necessary.
