Fleet Administrator

We offer a broad spectrum of commercial and residential HVAC and facilities services, from rooftop to foundation and everything in between. In addition to HVAC repairs and maintenance, our portfolio of facilities services includes on-site personnel for building management operations and maintenance.

EMCOR Services Betlem is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Fleet Administrator to manage and support our vehicle fleet operations. This role is critical to ensuring our fleet runs efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a knack for problem-solving, and experience in fleet or logistics administration.

• Maintain accurate records of fleet vehicles, including registration, insurance, maintenance, and inspections.
• Schedule and track routine maintenance and repairs.
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal departments.
• Monitor fuel usage, mileage, and vehicle performance metrics.
• Assist with budgeting and cost control related to fleet operations.
• Ensure compliance with DOT and other regulatory requirements.
• Support onboarding/offboarding of vehicles and drivers.
• Generate reports and provide insights to management.

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in fleet administration, logistics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fleet management software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and DOT regulations is a plus.

Compensation Range:   $55,000-$70,000/year
