USM is looking for multiple temporary/part time "on demand" Customer Service Representatives to coordinate the delivery of snow removal services for USM’s national client base. This position assists our account teams with the front end and clerical tasks related to scheduling, notifying and validating the vendors in our network that are providing snow and ice remediation services to our various clients. Representatives respond to customer service requests electronically and by phone to ensure that services provided meet or exceed client and USM’s expectations.
