The Management Coordinator position provides administrative support to the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, including coordinating calls and meetings with investors, general meeting and event planning, preparing and editing written materials, conducting basic research and assisting with other ad hoc items as needed.
More specifically, the Management Coordinator is responsible for the following:
Management Coordinator qualifications and experience required include:
• Associates degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum five years’ administrative experience in a corporate environment strongly preferred, experience with a Fortune 500 company preferred.
• Ability to effectively and professionally communicate and interact with personnel at all levels within the company and outside of it.
• Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
• Strong time management, organizational, oral, and written communication skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
• Strong analytical skills, with excellent problem-solving ability.
• Advanced PC skills, including Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Visio), Docusign, and the ability to learn and use new business systems, collaboration platforms, and workflow or automation tools.
• Proficiency using AI-assisted productivity tools, including M365 Copilot, to support meeting preparation, note organization, document drafting, summarization, and information retrieval, with the ability to validate outputs, protect confidential information, and apply appropriate judgment in a
corporate environment.

Compensation Range: $100,000-$113,000 annually
Other Compensation: this position is bonus eligible.
