Assists Maintenance Mechanic I in all activities and duties. Coordinate and complete preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, overhead doors, dock levelers, and other mechanical systems. Performs minor repairs on above systems.
Assists Maintenance Mechanic I in all activities and duties. Observes mechanical devices in operation and listens to their sounds to locate causes of trouble. Assists in dismantling devices to gain access to and remove defective parts. Assists in inspecting used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements. Assists in adjusting functional parts or devices and control instruments. Assists in repairing or replacing defective parts. Assists in installing special functional and structural parts in devices Lubricates and cleans parts. |
Performs preventative maintenance tasking as assigned. |
Responsible for accurate and timely paperwork related to essential duties and responsibilities. Maintain, organize, and control inventory supplies tools and equipment. Clean and organize shop area. Maintain inventory of spare parts and material. Maintain tools and equipment for maintenance work. |
Education (HS Diploma, Under/Graduate Degree, etc.) | HS Diploma |
Business Experience (prior years work/related experience) | Six (6) or more years related experience and training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Licenses/Certifications | Must be trained and certified to operate a fork truck

Language Skills | Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals, Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of organization.
