As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner at John W. Danforth Company, you will play a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent that supports Danforth's continued growth and success. Serving as a strategic partner to hiring managers, you will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, develop effective sourcing strategies, and build strong candidate pipelines across a variety of positions. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional candidate experience while providing guidance, market insights, and talent acquisition expertise to hiring leaders. In this role, you will help strengthen Danforth's employer brand and ensure the organization attracts and secures high-quality candidates.
• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Danforth's culture and employer brand.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
• Develop and maintain accurate job descriptions with hiring managers.
• Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage recruitment activities and candidate data.
• Provide general HR support and serve as a resource for employees and managers.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, recruiting regulations, and company policies.
• Support candidate engagement and employer branding initiatives.
• 3-5 years of HR experience with a focus on Talent Acquisition; construction industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience with HRIS and ATS platforms; iCIMS preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, and adaptability.

Compensation Range: $75,000-$85,000
Other Compensation: Bonus eligible
