New Customer Focus Representative

We are a full-service HVAC, building automation, chiller, and retrofit contractor with a reputation for combining high-quality consulting services with customized energy solutions. Our integrated, single-source solutions include turnkey in-house capabilities with design assistance, as well as engineering applications and automated control systems.

The New Customer Focus Representative will help drive new business opportunities in the market place by creating business leads to provide to the sales department. This position will use cold calling, emails, networking, outreach to new clients, etc. to help generate sales leads.

•    Responsible for generating new leads through market analysis and specified vertical markets.
•    Development and scheduling of new appointments through techniques of cold calling, emailing and onsite visits.
•    Maintain current activities through the office Customer Relations Management Software (CRM).
•    Work on follow up activities from the developed appointments.
•    Help maintain customer relationships ensuring customer loyalty through excellent customer service.
•    Communicate with individuals both internal and external needed to gather information for work being quoted.
•    Support local office during tradeshows, local marketing events and specified trade organization meetings.
•    Maintain constant communication with the Sales Manager and Service Operations Manager.
•    Demonstrate a personal commitment to personal and professional growth and development by attendance at product and sales training events, participation at all professional training provided by EMCOR/Mesa, etc.
•    Other duties as directed. 

•    Computer literate in Microsoft Products.
•    A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in customer support or sales. 
•    Ability to time manage and prioritize
•    Must have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work under pressure
