Education and/or Experience:
High School Diploma or the equivalent (GED), plus five years experience in related field and/or Bachelor’s degree (preferred) as well as working on projects ranging from one hundred thousand to five million dollars, advanced computer skills with estimating software, self-directed, self-reliant and resourceful, extensive knowledge of construction costs and engineering principles, and understanding of sheet metal, duct work and misc. metal concepts.

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills:
Ability to use Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Solid Works and other mechanical drawing programs.
