We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Contract Processing Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that construction contracts are processed accurately and efficiently, contributing to the

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

● Review, analyze, process, and negotiate construction contracts and amendments according to established guidelines


● Ensure all construction contract information is accurate and complete, including terms, conditions, and key data points


● Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal departments and external parties to verify contract details and         resolve any discrepancies


● Order certificates of insurance and bonds as necessary


● Maintain and organize contract files and records in a systematic manner


● Assist in tracking contract status, deadlines, and renewals


● Support the contract management team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed


● Complete additional training courses as required

Qualifications

REQUIRED
● Associate degree or higher required


● Excellent written and verbal communication skills


● Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills


● Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams


● A proactive attitude with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines


● Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; Adobe Acrobat Pro;


● Commitment to protecting confidential information and performing responsibilities with a high level of integrity


PREFERRED


● Bachelor's degree preferred


● Previous experience in contract processing, legal, business or finance transactions, or related roles


● Experience working within a contract's life cycle management
   system (Smartsheet, Ironclad, etc.)
