Performs routine building tasks including corporate services, (O&M) preventative maintenance inspections, site walks and inspections including monitoring automatic temperature control equipment, adjusting thermostats, inspections on mechanical, electrical and automatic temperature control equipment utilizing results oriented strategies to ensure continuing operation.

Education and/or Experience
One-year certificate from college or technical school or one to three months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Must be able to use a variety of hand and power tools and be able to off of ladders, staging, and power platforms.
