Copy Center Clerk

Shambaugh & Son L.P. is seeking a Copy Center Clerk in Fort Wayne, IN. In this position you will be responsible for assisting in various copy and printing functions, including the formatting documents, binding, laminating, etc. This position also assists in our café.

• Greet customers in a timely and courteous manner
• Maintain a clean, productive, welcoming space for employees
• Filing
• Understand and know how to use the plotter, laminator, binding machine, various copy machines and desktop PC.
• Operate the cash register in the cafe
• Back up the receptionist
• Scanning documents
• Assisting accounting staff where needed
• Order office and copy room supplies.
• Other duties as assigned

 

• Prior Receptionist, customer service or office work preferred
• Must be proficient in 10 key.
• Knowledge in MS 0365, Adobe, and other software helpful
• Planning/organizational skills.
• Quality Control skills – accuracy and thoroughness.
• Quantity – strong work ethic and able to multi task.
• Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required
