Job Summary

S.A. Comunale is seeking a Marketing Intern. The Marketing Intern is responsible for providing support to the Marketing & Engagement Manager on efforts related to promotional campaigns, company branding and internal communications in order to strengthen a cohesive and effective internal and external marketing and engagement strategy.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Includes the following. Other duties may be assigned.

 

  • Provide support in identification, customization, ordering, receiving, storing, and distribution of promotional items and apparel.
  • Coordinate tracking of requests, packaging, and delivery of promotional materials for branch offices, customer-facing team members, and new hires.
  • Research and propose detailed strategies related to efficient deployment of company apparel, marketing materials, and promotional items.
  • Ensure branch offices are equitably supported with stocked inventory of collateral and promotional items.
  • Assist with production of artwork for various marketing/branding efforts.
  • Support efforts related to brand presence including but not limited to large platform advertising and branding, fleet customization, and internal and external facing collateral.
  • Abide by company brand standards and EMCOR requirements as it relates to marketing and communication.
  • Stay up to date on new technologies, best practices, and industry trends to identify innovative strategies as it relates to market presence.
  • Take lead on Google pages for all branch offices ensuring accurate and up to date information, review responses, and project photography.
  • Work with key team members to produce case studies to showcase high value projects.
  • Develop and maintain external events calendar.
  • Assist with the coordination, setup, facilitation and completion of marketing events including but not limited to tradeshows, community events, training events, and more.
  • Assist in planning and execution of employee engagement events.
  • Provide support in tracking and processing community sponsorship requests.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Currently enrolled full-time at an accredited university pursing a degree in Marketing or other similar degree – junior level status or higher at the time of the internship.
  • Significant experience with Microsoft Office applications is required.
  • Adobe Creative Suite application InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator experience is strongly suggested.
