The Senior Facility Manager (SFM) provides strategic and operational leadership for all exterior and landscape functions across assigned properties, ensuring a high-performing, safe, and visually exceptional environment. The role’s primary purpose is to balance proactive site enhancement with responsive operational execution, while developing strong field leadership and long-term program sustainability.
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Work is split between a professional office environment, about 85% of the time, and active field deployment. The employee will be exposed to outdoor weather conditions (including extreme heat, cold, and severe weather events) during exterior site evaluations and seasonal surge responses.
