EMCOR Mechanical Services has an opportunity for a Systems Administrator in Norristown, PA. This is hybrid role, 4 days in the Norristown, Office. The Systems Administrator supports the successful onboarding, transition, and ongoing performance of customer facilities within the EMS HVAC National Account program. This role serves as a central point of coordination across Operating Companies, National Account Teams, Business Development, shared EMCOR resources, and customer stakeholders to ensure timely system setup (i.e., locations, rates), accurate asset collection, pricing/rate alignment, and compliance with account requirements. The position plays a critical role in driving consistency, scalability, and long term account performance across the National Account portfolio.

• Manage the National Accounts master customer location document and data points.
• Coordinate cross functional efforts to ensure newly awarded customer account locations are accurately and fully set up in EMCOR systems (i.e., Corrigo Enterprise, JD Edwards, Microsoft, Smartsheet, and any other platforms required).
• Responsible for the location setup within Corrigo system including Property Information, Customer Information, Model/Task information, Service Provider Assignments, Rate Portfolios, Price List, Tax Region, and all mapping for the location.
• Ensure asset (location) creation and mapping between JD Edwards and Corrigo is complete, inclusive of the Vertex tax region, for operational and billing purposes.
• Manage site transitions from award through PO uplift, including initial site visits, Customer introductory meetings, asset collection, and annual PM pricing development.
• Maintain visibility into onboarding progress, timelines, and milestones across assigned sites.
• Serve as the primary owner of asset data accuracy across all assigned locations.
• Ensure all required asset data is collected, validated, and standardized, including creation of master asset lists as required by Customer site type.
• Manage ongoing asset updates resulting from equipment changes, corrections, additions, removals, or scope adjustments.
• Support annual PM pricing proposals using Customer pricing templates in collaboration with Business Development.
• Assist with development of confidential internal expectations related to labor hours, service rates, and equipment based pricing.
• Provide general coordinator support for additional Customer account activities as needed.
• Review pricing submissions for accuracy, completeness, and required adjustments prior to submission.
• Support business development and account teams with site level pricing analysis, margin review, and renewal preparation.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, engineering, or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in coordination, operations, account support, project management, or field services.
• Experience working across multiple internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple sites and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Teams); experience with asset or project tracking systems preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in account coordination, asset management, facilities services, or operations support preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with technical equipment data and pricing information.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross functionally with internal teams and external partners.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets & data tracking
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting national or enterprise level accounts.
• Familiarity with HVAC service operations, preventive maintenance programs, or asset management.
• Experience working with pricing templates, service cost models, or margin analysis.
• Exposure to Customer facilities or similar large scale client environments.
