Job Description: Onboarding Specialist (non-exempt)
Reports to: VP of Human Resources
The Onboarding Specialist is generally responsible for creating a welcoming and seamless experience for new employees from the moment of the acceptance of an offer through their first week of employment. This role ensures all pre-employment activities are efficiently coordinated and that every new hire feels connected, supported, and prepared to succeed.
