Duties include safety of UMEC field personnel assigned to their projects, preconstruction, design- assist, field labor productivity, quality assurance and coordination, project financial outcome, projections and reporting, material and equipment procurement, change order management, owner/client relations, project cash flow, and personnel management.
Managers are responsible for directing and overseeing the work activities of their direct reports. Comply with all company operating policies, procedures, executed Plans, and Programs.

Compensation Rage: $155,000-175,000
