
The Director of Electrical Operations is professional, focused, and competent in all technical and commercial aspects of major electrical construction. Responsibilities include but are not limited to performing routine oversight and mentoring of an assigned selection of operating companies. The weekly, monthly, and quarterly routine consists largely of operating company and jobsite visits, reviewing weekly bid reports, monthly WIP’s, and other financial statements. The Director of Operations actively communicates by voice and email up and down the organizational chain about observed risks and opportunities that will keep the business aligned with EMCOR’s core values and mission objectives. The Director of Electrical Operations is expected to demonstrate the EMCOR leader philosophy that – when material problems begin to surface - our executives are “wheels-up” and laser focused until the situation is brought under control.
Compensation Range: $165,000 - $175,000
This position is bonus eligible.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction or related areas of study; and
Minimum of 20 years progressive experience in managing and leading both small- and large-scale construction projects. Experience must include:
