The Shipping & Receiving clerk will coordinate the receipt, distribution, organization, and shipment of materials in
an office warehouse setting on a daily basis. Responsible for maintaining an organized mailroom and serving as the
Customer’s interface with clients, and will be the subject matter expert for all domestic and international shipments.
Clerk will assist in problem-resolution for any damaged and/or misdirected shipments, and work cross-functionally
with Customer’s internal services teams to satisfy all requests.
Receiving mail deliveries daily, sorting into appropriate mail lockers. 40%
Pack all materials for shipping, including applying postage, weighing, sorting, and staging. 20%
Maintain postal equipment, including machines, meters, scales, and material handling equipment. 10%
Mail management, including tracking shipments and receiving of packages, mass-mailing planning
and fulfillment, address verification support, and mail returns. 10%
Supplies management, including conducting inventories, cost management, efforts to reduce
waste and improve efficiency, restocking, and deliver paper supplies as required. 10%
Replenish postage meters as required. 5%
Track all usage data to provide monthly reports as specified. 5%
Business Experience
Entry level position.
Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, including, but not limited to, safety
policies, procedure manuals, and maintenance specifications.

Office environment with minimal noise level. The wearing of personal protective equipment (such as eye protection,
hand protection, hearing protection, etc.) is required for some functions while performing routine tasks.
