Job Summary

Southern Industrial Constructors Inc. is seeking an Executive Talent Acquisition Manager to work remotely for our Raleigh, NC corporate office. Responsible for full cycle recruitment of all staff and management for the Company.   Ensures the Company is in compliance with all government guidelines and regulations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  •  Actively promotes and strengthens our core values and culture of Mission First,       People Always through everyday actions and decisions.
  • Monitor key recruitment metrics to identify and resolve issues affecting recruiting procedures.
  • Effectively execute full recruiting lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding for all staff and management positions.
  • Coordinate new staff / management onboarding for the first day / week of employment.
  • Ensure all new staff / management new hires have everything for their first day of employment (IT equipment, swag bag, etc.).
  • Conduct monthly I-9 audits.
  • Manage employees with Employment Authorization cards to ensure we are always in compliance with expiration dates.
  • Follow up with all new hires one week, 30 days and 90 days after their start date.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Five to ten years of recruiting experience.
  • Sound knowledge of labor legislation and HR practices.
  • The ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Excellent management and leadership skills,
  • Computer skills to include MS Word, Excel, Outlook, database management.
  • Strong interpersonal communication, attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills.

Physical Demands

Conditions include working in an office, with occasional entry into shop, busy traffic areas, and warehouses.   Occasional exposure to dirt, dust, grease, oil, vibrations, and adverse weather conditions. Must be able to safely access all areas of property.  Must be able to effectively use any required PPE equipment. Potential Jobsite Visits.
