| Perform and document daily inspections of the building’s interior and exterior spaces |
Perform general janitorial duties Tasks include, but are not limited to: - Trash collection and disposal - Restroom cleaning & stocking - Mopping/buffing of hard service floors - Vacuuming - Dusting - Daily disinfection of common touch points - Stock and maintain inventory of supplies and consumables - Spot cleaning as required

Provide cleaning to clinical areas following all related policies and procedures |
Assist with general building repairs (ie: change light bulbs, restock consumables) |
Perform other duties as assigned

Education (HS Diploma, Under/Graduate Degree, etc.) | HS Diploma or equivalent |
Business Experience (prior years work/related experience) | 2-4 Years minimum experience in janitorial services Potential candidate would preferably have background cleaning in a clinical/healthcare environment. |
Licenses/Certifications | Clean driving record |
Language Skills | Ability to read, write and understand English Excellent customer service skills in dealing with staff

Technical Qualifications & Skills | Ability to operate a variety of common cleaning machines, i.e., vacuums, floor scrubbers/buffers, etc., as well as use common hand tools. |
Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies

Reliability and Punctuality in all weather conditions
|
Preferable candidate will have basic technical abilities to send emails, fill out reports and use CMMS WO system. |
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
|
Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., frequent walking, climbing stairs, standing, reaching, bending and stooping
