In addition to active field support, the Regional HSE Professional identifies patterns, trends, and recurring conditions across projects that may influence decision-making and behaviors, and supports consistent, risk-informed application of company HSE programs. The role partners with Site HSE Supervisors (when assigned) share regional learnings, coordinate priorities, and reinforce consistent program applications. The Regional HSE Professional collaborates with Project Managers, Superintendents, and Foremen to provide field-based coaching, verification, and escalation support related to health, safety, and environmental risk management; however, this position does not direct day-to-day construction operations, production sequencing, scheduling, staffing, or means and methods.
