The Regional Safety Manager plays a critical leadership role in driving Mesa Energy Systems’ Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) culture, ensuring compliance, and fostering continuous improvement across all operations within the assigned region. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Safety, this position is responsible for the strategic implementation and day-to-day execution of corporate safety programs, policies, and systems.
The ideal candidate is a proactive and detail-oriented safety professional with strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of federal, state, and local health and safety regulations. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing safety initiatives, coaching field teams, and collaborating with operational leadership to reduce risk and enhance safety performance.

Compensation Range: $100,000 - $125,000 per year
