Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Development Coordinator to join our forward-thinking Talent Development team. Our programs, which include Office Apprenticeships, our LMS (Learning Management System), Leadership Programs, and Orientation, are critical to fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and implementing these initiatives that drive both individual and organizational growth.

As a Talent Development Coordinator, you will coordinate and manage various programs, support the LMS, uphold data integrity, and ensure seamless communication among team members and stakeholders. Your expertise in data analytics will contribute to informed decision-making in Talent Development initiatives.

 

The Sr. Talent Coordinator will report to the Assistant Program Manager on the Talent Team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support the Assistant Program Manager in planning and executing program initiatives.
  • Coordinate daily program operations and maintain up-to-date program records.
  • Assist in tracking program deliverables, milestones, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to gather and distribute program-related information.
  • Assist in organizing program-related events, workshops, and activities.
  • Co-create new development initiatives and programs
  • Provide administrative support to the program management team.
  • Support the LMS and other development programs
  • Track and manage data and related analytics
  • Lead orientation sessions for new office employees

Qualifications



REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in Leadership, Psychology, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • Previous experience in a coordination role, preferably in program or project management
  • Demonstrated personal interest and study of Leadership and Personal Development
  • Commitment to lifelong learning and cultivating a growth mindset
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills 
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint)
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Commitment to developing time management and organizational skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on learning environment

 

PREFERRED

  • Construction industry experience
  • Leadership experience
  • Public speaking in a professional setting
