Perform the duties of a team member within a retail environment. Operationally responsible for the daily tasks helping the maintenance and custodial team as directed by supervisor.
| Perform cleaning, trash pickup and removal of common areas, offices |
Cleaning sidewalks, walkways and parking lots |
Assist with minor maintenance tasks. (Painting, material moves, landscaping, event setup/teardown, assisting Maintenance staff with various maintenance items) |
Assist with vendor coordination, email & WO system communication |
Education (HS Diploma, Under/Graduate Degree, etc.) | HS diploma or equivalent |
Business Experience (prior years work/related experience) | 0-1 year related experience. |
Licenses/Certifications | Valid U.S. drivers license/Previous forklift training is a plus |
Language Skills | Ability to read and write English |

While performing the duty of this job, the employee is required to stand, walk, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, taste or smell 100% of the time. Talk and hear 100% of the time.
