EMCOR Government Services is seeking a Facility Logistics Coordinator (FLC) at our U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum account. This position can be located in either Washington DC or Bowie, MD and requires travel between the two facilities in DC and Bowie. This position will assign, compile and record production data in Maximo to compare records and reports on volume of production, consumption of material, quality control and other aspects of facility maintenance and logistics operations. The FLC reports directly to site management and EGS’ Center of Excellence for Asset Management team.
The candidate will be a well-rounded resource for customer service, Maximo-CMMS, financial reporting, logistics/warehouse operations, administrative support, timekeeping, AP/AR, scheduling/coordinating meetings, and reports/analysis.
The candidate will maintain a close, highly responsive, and professional relationship with the day-to-day activities of the USHMM management team.
The candidate will be expected to work independently, receiving minimal detailed supervision or guidance from supervisory staff.

Compensation Range: $70,000 - $85,000 annual salary
