S.A. Comunale is seeking a Fire Alarm Service Technician. The primary function of this role is to install, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and program various types of alarm systems. The Company goal is to continuously grow the revenues of the Alarm & Detection department while maintaining profits, satisfying customers’ requirements, and staying compliant with required regulations and guidelines. This position works closely with various Project Managers and the Operations Manager.
This job requires the ability and desire to work in a fast-paced multi-tasked environment with a focus towards customer development and support, quality work performance, and an understanding of various types of alarm systems. It will require travel to customer sites and may require occasional overnight travel.

Understanding simple math, simple drawings, technical reports, technical instructions, and simple memos is required. Writing technical reports and simple memos is required. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to commute to customer and company locations by land and air.
