Job Summary

S.A. Comunale Co., Inc. is looking for a Stocklister to join our growing full-service mechanical and fire protection team. This is a highly specialized role with strong demand across our projects.

The primary function of this role is to oversee and maintain all Fabrication Shop stock lists and inventory. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Engineering and Operations.

This job requires the ability to work in a fast paced multi-tasked environment with a focus towards administration, organization, reporting, and data management.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Primary duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

 

  • Process stock list and all orders for fabrication shop.
  • Review stock lists for errors in processing and resolve any errors or issues that are found.
  • Maintain fabrication shop parts database with all necessary information.
  • Update FMS with job information as it pertains to each specific job.
  • Convert stock lists to CRM orders to be processed.
  • Process stock list Design files to FAB Files.
  • Collaborate frequently with suppliers, shippers, and vendors.
  • Compile reports on various aspects of changes in production or inventory.
  • Play an active role in inventory processing based on the procedure utilized by the Company.

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • 3+ years of experience as a stocklister or related position is required.
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
  • Significant experience with Microsoft applications (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, and particularly Excel) is required.
  • Ability to think strategically, make sound decisions, and produce accurate and timely results is required.
  • Building positive working relationships with multiple levels of employees and management is required.
  • Demonstrating integrity and professionalism is required.
  • Demonstrating commitment to company values is required.
  • Excellent organizational skills is required.
  • Ability to follow-up on tasks and assignments in a timely manner is required.

Operation of a computer keyboard, telephone, hand calculator and/or copier/fax machine are required.
