SUMMARY OF POSITION
We are looking for full-time Project Interns who are willing to learn the ins-and-outs of our daily routines & procedures. The interns will work with the project team on large-scale construction projects and learn all aspects of Construction Management. You will gain real-world hands-on experience working with a mentor.

The essential duties include the distribution and maintenance of the flow of documents, records, files, reports, and other information applicable to multiple projects. This includes the proper controls of such information within the company and external to the company. These duties incorporate the adherence to standard Gibson forms and procedures, as well as the other duties that may be assigned. At times, the specific daily tasks may vary by project type, project requirements, and project schedule.

PREFERRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Students majoring in Construction Management are encouraged to apply.
1 to 2 years of construction administrative experience preferred. Familiarity with construction plans and specifications, BIM Modeling, purchasing, and estimating a plus.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Proficiency in Microsoft Software (Excel/Word, Outlook, Teams, Project), Bluebeam Revu, Adobe, & Viewpoint
