Scope:
Control Solutions Group, an EMCOR Group company, is seeking a highly motivated BMS Service Sales Executive to join our team and drive sales for our Building Management System Service Department. As a Service Sales Executive, under the direction of the Service Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers to identify the scope of work, provide solutions and close sales. Familiarity with controls, BMS, BAS, DDC, Building Automation, Building Management, EPMS and Energy Management Systems are preferred

· Identify, target, and recommend potential opportunities to Service Manager. · Arrange meetings, initiate sales momentum, collect necessary information to build estimates and proposals using standardized tools and procedures · Estimate and develop proposals for service, retrofit control projects and service contracts that the Service Manager deems as having the requisite potential. · Work with and negotiate with EMCOR/CSG vetted electrical sub-contractors for control installation and wring estimates. Same applies to other vendors providing sub-contract services on projects. · Assist CSG’s Service Manager on selling service contracts on new accounts. · Attend pre-bid project meetings, walkthroughs and client meetings to record and compile information needed to assess project requirements. |
· Relationship Management: o Establish and maintain relationships with Building Owners/Operators and Mechanical Contractors with the intent to sell and grow our Building Management Systems Service Business. o Collaborate internally with the Administrators, Operations/Installation, Engineering and Service teams to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. o Manage our customers on every level with the highest level of integrity and sense of urgency. o Develop and maintain a cooperative working relationship with members of the company, clients, subcontractors, and other trade contractors. |

Compensation Range: 80K to 140K depending on experience + commission
