The Operations Liaison will manage and streamline customer-facing administrative tasks. This role is essential in ensuring smooth communication with clients, maintaining accurate billing records, and keeping customers informed about service schedules and updates in their specific customer portals
• Serve as the bridge in communication between our customers, coordinators and their system portals
• Point of contact with clients regarding invoices and services.
• Provide timely updates to customers regarding service schedules, changes, and follow-ups.
• Manage and update customer billing portals with timely information
• Monitor payment statuses and kickbacks on outstanding invoices.
• Upload necessary documentation, reports and service-related records to customer portals
• Track and process NTE (Not to Exceed) increases
• Communicate with customers regarding approvals, ETA’s and communication in general on the status of work.
• Support resolving billing related service issues.
• Work with Billing, Coordinators and customers to bridge the gap in communication.
• Additional Admin related tasks that help streamline this communication and provide the customer with the most up to date information.
• Other duties as assigned
• High School Diploma preferred or equivalent experience
• 2 years' experience in an office environment.
• Microsoft Excel and Word experience required
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent organization and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service communications

Compensation Range: $22 - $28 per hour
