Partners with EFO associates to administer the day-to-day routes and assigned work orders for designated territory. Serves as the primary point of contact for EFO associates on route changes, time off, and other questions. Trained in both routing and work order systems to assist in meeting client expectations for work order completion.
Builds and maintains routes in the routing software for EFO techs, including capacity planning for their market |
Maintains clear and ongoing communication with Managers, Technicians, and other employees related to all manners of routes to ensure work meets or exceeds customer expectations. |
Assists with re-routing work orders as necessary to accommodate changing priorities, emergency work orders, etc. Ensures work orders are update in applicable systems. |
Schedule EFO associates in routing software based on PTO, and availability. Makes adjustments as needed. |

Education (HS Diploma, Under/Graduate Degree, etc.) | BA/BS from an accredited college or university or equivalent in education and work experience. |
Business Experience (prior years’ work/related experience) | One to two years in a call center environment or related experience. Knowledge or history of working with routing software technology. |

Language Skills | Ability to review routine reports, business correspondence and process manuals. |
Technical Qualifications & Skills | Microsoft Excel and Word. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience managing facility service, or similar, work orders. |
This is a stationary position, working at a desk in an office cubicle environment, using a computer keyboard, telephone, and other office type equipment
This position will be primarily in an office environment, working daily with various teams, as well as field personnel, internal EMCOR entities, and clients.
