Product Receiver will manage stores infrastructure, control inventory levels, be involved in Stores oversight, will conduct and manage audits of Stores Processes.
1. Maintain a safe and clean work area. Demonstrate basic safe work practices based on company and customer policies and procedures. |
2. Able to manage all inventory receiving, to include expense receiving and following Michelin’s process. Be able to keep an organized archive of receiving documentation. |
3. Perform all parts of inventory management to include and focus on non-conformance management. |
4. Perform shipping functions to include, securing return authorization from vendor for inventory items, repacking inventory items for return, shipping request preparation for inventory items, shipping logistics, securing return authorization from vendor for expense items, repacking expense items for return. |
5. Participate in Stores oversight to include participating in stores audits and action register resolution. |
6. Manage inventory levels to include managing achievement of plant inventory value target. |
7. Maintain, organize, control, inventory supplies, tools, and equipment. |
8. Responsible for accurate and timely paperwork related to essential duties and responsibilities. |
9. Conduct general tasks including, but not limited to, safety training, service on-call rotation, and maintaining tools. |
10. Perform other duties as assigned. |
Education (HS Diploma, Under/Graduate Degree, etc.) | High school diploma or equivalent required. |
Business Experience (Prior years’ work/related experience) | 1+ years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. |
Language Skills | 1. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions operating and maintenance instructions, and memos. 2. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. 3. Ability to effectively present information in one–on-one and small group situations of customers, clients, and other employees of the organization |
