Job Summary


Position Overview:


The Service Administrator reports directly to the Service Manager. The Service Admin will also work with all of our Trades Professionals to provide service coordination and support.


 


Position Requirements:



  • High school diploma.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to maintain a high level of trust and confidentiality with sensitive items.

  • Positive attitude and the ability to work with and learn from others.

  • Computer skills to include: word processing and spreadsheet applications.

  • Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both internal and external clients.

  • Skilled in organizing and establishing priorities.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload accordingly.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities


Essential Job Functions:



  • Answer Service Phone

  • Create, update, and invoice service tickets.

  • Process Timesheets for payroll weekly.

  • Coordinate and maintain the service schedule.

  • Process new hires and termination administrative tasks for the field techs.

  • Assist in collecting outstanding invoices

  • Provide a professionally maintained office environment.

  • Additional administrative duties as needed.



 


Qualifications


Qualifications that are a plus:



  • Knowledge of service work.

  • Experience in managing client issues.

  • Knowledge of customer service.

  • Bookkeeping/ Accounting experience.
