Job Title: Service Sales Manager 


Job Summary:






      • Work closely and in alignment with VP of Service to develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of annual sales goals, department growth, and profitability.

      • Ensure that all members of the Service Sales team meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals, and closes.

      • Responsible for the performance and development of the Service Sales team.

      • Conduct regular coaching and counseling with Service Sales team members to coach, train, and align goals and expectations.

      • Maintains relationships with key clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

      • Demonstrates the ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.

      • Prepares action plans by individuals and teams for effective search of sales leads and prospects.

      • Initiates and coordinates the development of action plans to penetrate new markets.

      • Assists with business development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.

      • Conducts one-on-one reviews with all Service Sales team members to build more effective communications, understand training and development needs, and provide insight for improving service sales and activity performance.

      • Provides timely, accurate, and competitive pricing on all proposals that are submitted for pricing and approval while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.

      • Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses.

      • Assists Service Sales team members in the preparation of proposals and presentations.

      • Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.

      • Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

      • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.


       




    • EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: 



      • 5+ years prior sales experience required.

      • Prior management in Sales experience highly preferred.

      • Good time management, communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

      • Excellent PC skills (Excel, Word)

      • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
