Install new and replacement equipment and parts according to manufacturers’ specifications to maintain manufacturers’ warranties.
Install piping, water lines, compressed air lines, drain lines, and process piping systems in accordance with established standards.
Maintain and service drain lines, address leaks, backflows, hot water systems, boilers, filters, etc., for both on-demand and scheduled requests.
Install and repair plumbing fixtures such as sinks, faucets, toilets, urinals, water heaters, hot water tanks, and water softeners.
Complete site visits, site surveys, and investigate site conditions to estimate the cost of installation and repair.
Perform take-offs for labor and materials required to estimate the cost of installation and repair.
Complete documentation, including but not limited to timesheets, expense reports, service reports, and purchase card logs.
Conduct general tasks including, but not limited to, safety training, service on-call rotation, and maintaining tools and vehicles.
Education
High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent, and completion of a Plumbing Apprenticeship Program.
Business Experience
Five or more years of verifiable plumbing experience working in the plumbing service and remodel field.
Licenses/Certifications
Valid driver’s license and State or jurisdiction Journeyman License.
Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, including safety policies and procedure manuals.
Ability to write service reports and effectively present information to supervisors and/or customers.
Technical Qualifications & Skills
Knowledge of plumbing systems and basic mathematical abilities in all units of measure. Ability to read blueprints, technical schematics, and specification manuals.

The ability to lift 50lbs, climb ladders and ability to walk the facility throughout the day are required. Have the ability to regularly kneel repetitively during shift. Have the ability to move in a 90-degree fashion on a repetitive basis. Have the ability to work and maneuver on a variety of terrains. Have the ability to interact with all clients in a professional and friendly manner despite periods of stress. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to high precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; extreme heat; risk of electrical shock and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. May be required to work in confined, restricted and hot areas. Work may be located inside or in outside environments. Must be willing to work overtime when required. May be required to work holidays and weekends.
