We provide comprehensive facility services ranging from mechanical maintenance and self-performed, site-based operations to energy-efficiency upgrades and supplier-managed interior/exterior maintenance.
Perform office moves, furniture moves and reconfigurations, and cubicle setup, move, and reconfiguration.
Use basic carpentry skills, including but not limited to framing, drywall, tape/mud finishing, texturing, painting, and basic knowledge of frame, door, closure, and hardware installation.
Work order system experience is a plus.
Assist in repairing and adjusting equipment as required to return equipment to proper operating condition, especially office furniture.
Perform warehouse duties, including organization and inventory management.
Participate in snow removal activities.
Education
High School diploma required; vocational school is a plus.
Business Experience
Two to six years of prior experience in facilities.
Language Skills
English language proficiency.
Technical Qualifications & Skills
Furniture assembly
Carpentry skills (a plus)
Facilities maintenance (a plus)
Basic computer skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints/drawings (a plus)
Basic knowledge of hand tools and woodworking tools (a plus)
Compensation Range:$20-$24/HR
