The Sr. Project Manager with Contra Costa Electric requires extensive experience leading multi-million dollar electrical Industry projects in both the public and private sector. The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for leading, planning, coordinating, and directing construction projects to meet the profit and growth objectives. This position requires a solid understanding of project contracts, project scheduling, cost accounting and budgeting, client management and safety. This individual must have the ability to lead project teams in their relationships with other subcontractors and to resolve problems as they arise. The Sr. Project Manager maintains full financial responsibilities of the project and must understand construction financial and accounting practices. This position requires outstanding communication and customer service skills as part of our business dealing with our clients and internally with other employees. This position will be located on a job site in Oakland, CA.
They will manage these projects in a manner that exceeds our customers' expectations and ensures that our work meets all company performance goals and safety policy requirements.
